RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All ORDERS are FINAL (NO REFUNDS)! NO EXCEPTIONS! DeJays Exclusive only offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order, and you must notify us within 3 Business days after receiving shipment. Once an order has been shipped there are no cancellations or refunds. Please contact DeJays Exclusive within 3 days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. If product(s) are returned undamaged, a store credit will be issued, and you will receive a coupon code through email for use toward a future purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as purchased. If eligible for an exchange, you will be responsible for shipping. On the fourth day following your purchase date, all items are considered FINAL SALE and STORE CREDIT is No Longer Available.
SHIPPING POLICY
DeJays Exclusive ONLY ship merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends). Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Packages are shipped with no signature required upon delivery, therefore, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued. Expect delays during holidays with shipping. Please add 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends) in addition to the 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) for shipping.
